বিটোপিয়া গ্রুপকে ঘিরে উত্থাপিত অভিযোগে বাক্কোর উদ্বেগ, নিরপেক্ষ তদন্তের দাবি
আন্তর্জাতিক মার্কেটপ্লেসে দেশীয় আউটসোর্সিং প্রতিষ্ঠান বিটোপিয়া গ্রুপ (Betopia Group)-কে ঘিরে সাম্প্রতিক সময়ে উত্থাপিত অনিয়ম ও অনৈতিক কর্মকাণ্ডের অভিযোগে গভীর উদ্বেগ প্রকাশ করেছে বাংলাদেশ অ্যাসোসিয়েশন অফ কন্ট্যাক্ট সেন্টার অ্যান্ড আউটসোর্সিং (বাক্কো)। দেশের বিপিও, আইটিইএস ও আউটসোর্সিং শিল্পের একক ও কেন্দ্রীয় বাণিজ্য সংগঠন হিসেবে বাক্কো মনে করে, এ ধরনের অভিযোগের যথাযথ অনুসন্ধান ও নিরপেক্ষ তদন্তের মাধ্যমে প্রকৃত তথ্য উদঘাটন অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। একই সঙ্গে কোনো ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের কর্মকাণ্ডের কারণে দেশের বৃহত্তর ফ্রিল্যান্সিং ও আউটসোর্সিং খাতের দীর্ঘদিনের অর্জিত আন্তর্জাতিক সুনাম ও আস্থার ওপর যেন নেতিবাচক প্রভাব না পড়ে, সে বিষয়েও বাক্কো উদ্বেগ প্রকাশ করেছে।

বাংলাদেশে বিপিও ও আইটিইএস খাতের জন্য দক্ষ মানবসম্পদ তৈরির লক্ষ্যে বাক্কো ট্রেনিং ল্যাবের কার্যক্রম শুরু হয়েছে। ২৭ আগস্ট আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে এ ল্যাবের উদ্বোধন করা হয়।
