He is also the Managing Director of Augmedix BD Ltd, a Silicon Valley Startup in the Health Sector services. He co-authored the Bangladesh Government Policy on the Contact Centre and BPO Industry with the support of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), licensing started from 2008. He is the founder and current President of Bangladesh Association of Contact Centre and Outsourcing (BACCO), the industry body representing contact centre and business process outsourcing (BPO). He is now working with government and private sector in creating the country’s strategy to ensure that Bangladesh continues to be the destination of choice for Outsourcing aind Off Shoring For the world. He is also, the Vice Chairman of the Bangladesh Industry Skills Council (ISC) for ICT, under government of Bangladesh. He owns and manages a brokerage in Bangladesh at Dhaka Stock Exchange Prior to being a entrepreneur, he was the Global Head of IT for Trade Marketing and Distribution for British American Tobacco Group (BAT), a US$ 24 billion company, based at their HQ in the UK. He successfully designed, developed and implemented CRM Application in London and Bangalore and implemented in over 24 countries, projects ranging from US$ 30 million to US$ 80 million.
